If you follow this Journal, you already know that when we started this website, we didn’t know anything about SEO, website creation, etc.

  • We had to learn it on our own.

We looked for some tips and suggestions, and we discovered something:

Internet and YouTube are full of “fake gurus” who explain how easy it is to get thousands of Page Views.

  • Believe us: It is not that easy.
    • We are dedicated full time to this project and we know it for a fact.

However, we found some YouTube channels that were interesting and quite honest.

  • Even if they sometimes publish overly optimistic or a bit over the top content.

Unfortunately, we have not found many of these channels.

Today, we’ll share with you the (few) YouTube SEO channels we follow (not sponsored).

  • And we will tell you what we like and what we don’t about them.

In case you don’t know, in this section we talk about How we are building this Website: our SEO strategy, Plugins we use, our Traffic Results…

This Post will be divided into 2 different sections:

1. Which YouTube SEO channels we recommend.

2. Our Google Analytics report for today: Users and Pageviews we have.

Let’s begin:

1. Which YouTube SEO channels we recommend.

Google Webmasters

This is the best YouTube SEO channel we’ve found.

  • It is an official YouTube channel of Google.

  • All the people speaking are Google experts.
  • Their videos are concise and very helpful.
  • They cover all levels: from beginner to expert.
  • They don’t try to sell you anything.

  • Some of their videos are from years ago.
    • We don’t know if the advice they give still work.

Income School

This YouTube channel is oriented to people that want to start an on-line business.

  • They focus primarily on affiliate-link sites.

They offer a paid course/platform for people interested in these type of Sites (not our case).

However, they give interesting tips on SEO strategy with a personal approach.

  • For free.

We should say that, even if they offer this course, they don’t try to sell it to you constantly.

  • They mention it, of course, but not too much.

  • They use an engaging personal approach.
  • Their content is updated frequently.
  • They explain things in a simple way.
  • They don’t try to “capture you”.

  • They focus on affiliate-links Sites.
  • They don’t talk much about AdSense-oriented Sites.
  • Sometimes they seem to be a bit over-optimistic.

Neil Patel

Neil Patel is a very famous SEO expert (you may already know him).

Some time ago, he acquired Ubersuggest and created a very good Topic-research Site.

In one of our Posts, we analyzed this tool.

* We should mention that, Ubersuggest is a useful free tool but, if you want to use it without any limit, you must give it access to your Google Search Console.

  • And we are not very comfortable with that.

But let’s talk about his YouTube channel:

  • It has a lot of content and tips for beginners.
  • He has a lot of experience.
  • He explores different approaches.

  • Many times, he ends up suggesting that you go to Ubersuggest.
    • As a solution to “everything”.
  • He releases videos on the best SEO strategies for 2020… In December 2019 (or almost).
  • Sometimes, he oversimplifies things.

We really think you should listen to what he has to say.

  • He knows infinitely more than we do about SEO, of course.

But, keep in mind that things are not as easy as searching for a Keyword on Ubersuggest.

2. Our Google Analytics report for today: Users and Pageviews we have.

As you may have already noticed in the Post’s top picture, our numbers are increasing “strongly” again.

  • Fortunately, summer has passed.

We have finally reached 1,400 users per week.

  • Now, our target is to reach 2,000 users per week by the end of September.

We currently receive 7,506 Page Views per month.

  • Our target is to reach 10,000 Pageviews per month this September.

Let’s hope our numbers keep improving.

As always: Thanks for being there!
