You probably missed our Posts these last days.

We have not been able to Publish any additional SEO Post due to my Parental leave and due to other thing:

  • We didn’t really know what to Publish.

We published 2 full of content Pages ( “Start an e-Learning Business” and “Correlation vs Causation“).

That is why we’ll use Today’s Post in order to give you a little advice about what you should do when you don’t know what to Post.

Hence, this Post will be divided into 2 parts:

1. What to Post when you don’t know what to Post.

2. Today’s Google Analytics report with users and Pageviews we had last week.

Let’s begin:

1. What to Post when you don’t know what to Post.

NOTHING.

If you don’t know what to share with your users, we would recommend you to Post nothing at all.

One of the worse things you can do is wasting your time.

Having a website is a long distance race.

Don’t worry if you don’t Post one day two or… a whole week.

It is much better to have good full-of-content helpful publications than filling your Website with empty Posts.

Our Website is still young (5 months) but, roughly speaking, 80% of our Traffic come from 20% of our Pages (Pareto principle never fails).

  • Think about it.

If you don’t know what to talk about one week or you’re simply tired, give yourself some days, rest a little bit, and charge your “batteries” for the next good idea that comes to your mind.

  • Else, you’ll end up tired and, when that good idea comes you won’t be able to develop it to the fullest.

Worried about Google penalizing you for not publishing frequently?

Some of our best weeks regarding Pageviews have been “Holidays” weeks or non publishing days.

  • Check now how good this last week has been for us.

So, don’t worry: Google does not penalize you for not publishing in one or two weeks.

2. Today’s Google Analytics report with users and Pageviews we had last week.

This last week has been the best so far regarding both Users and Pageviews received.

  • We’ve had 126 Users (a  new record for our young Site).

Pageviews:

Regarding Pageviews, we’ve had also a new record: more than 130 unique Pageviews in one week.

Our numbers are improving, but as we always mention: we want to be cautious.

Next week, we’ll publish our 5 month special Post, highlighting:

  • Our best Pages and Posts.
  • Our worst publications.
  • What conclusions have we obtained after 5 months.
  • Which is our current SEO strategy.
  • And much more.

* We recommend you to check our “3 months special” Post.

Thanks for being there.
